Why we are building MemberSync

MemberSync grows out of Alterno's long experience working with professional organizations and associations.

Over the years we listened to their pain points and studied what the market offers. We understood we could build a more complete platform that meets what associations need right now, and makes their projects and the management of their members and organization much faster and more efficient.

The entire MemberSync project was conceived, created and founded by Radhames Luquis, a Puerto Rican serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience.

He studied Sociology at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and pursued master's studies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. That training in how people and organizations work shapes how MemberSync thinks about members and communities.

His career spans sales, digital advertising, digital marketing and, today, artificial intelligence. In 2009 he founded Alterno Agency, and he has led its growth into a wider ecosystem of strategy, media, development, automation, AI and digital products through Alterno Group.

He also runs his own consultancy, helping brands with strategy, digital advertising, social media and digital marketing.
